On the resource side, Huayou leverages its presence in Guizhou—one of China’s most resource-rich provinces for phosphate—to ensure stable access to key raw materials. On the manufacturing side, the company has built a global footprint across Zhejiang, Guangxi, Inner Mongolia, Yunnan, Guizhou, and Indonesia. Huayou has reached an annual production capacity of 500,000 tons of LFP and continues to expand its capacity in an orderly manner.
On the recycling side, Huayou currently has the capability to process around 100,000 tons of LFP battery black mass per year, with this figure expected to exceed 250,000 tons annually by 2027, supporting future market demand.
At the same time, Huayou offers a dual-technology solution combining direct-recycling and hydrometallurgical processing to address different application needs.
